Return Policy
We are humbled that you have chosen to place your order with Dental Safety Solutions, and we will be glad to help resolve any issue you may have. If you need to report a damaged, missing or incorrect product or any other error on our part, please contact returns@dentalsafetysolutions.com so we can promptly assist you.
If you need to return an order due to an error on your part or simply a change of mind, you may do so at your own expense within 2 days of receiving the purchased product ONLY if the shipping box that the entire order arrives in has NOT been opened or altered in any way. Once the box has been opened or the butterfly tape cut, removed or unsealed, the product inside can no longer be returned to us. Please note that orders refused at delivery and returned without prior authorization may be subject to return shipping fees. Such fees may be deducted from your refund.
Please feel free to contact us at returns@dentalsafetysolutions.com if you are unsure your order qualifies for a return or if you should have any questions. While we reserve the right to deny requests at our discretion, we will be happy to review concerns on a case by case scenario to see where your situation best fits into our return policy.
Return Fees
All returns will be subject to a fee of 5% of your total order to cover handling, restocking and credit card processing fees. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Cancellations
We understand that one might need to cancel an order and can process that request. But please be aware that we charge a cancellation fee equal to the amount our credit card processor charged us at the time your order was submitted. This fee will be specific to the amount of your order, generally around 3%+ of your order and shipping total.
If your order was processed after we’ve already purchased the shipping, but before the package has been sent out, then the shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Dental Safety Solutions product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Dental Safety Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Dental Safety Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Dental Safety Solutions shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
