In such cases, take appropriate additional precautions to prevent overexposure, which may include a more conservative change-out schedule. WHEN SELECTING RESPIRATOR STYLES & SIZES

The larger the respirator one can fit into properly, the more comfort. In general, most men will wear large, where-as most women wear medium. Small sizes usually work for people with a very short distance from the bridge of the nose to the bottom of the chin.

Sold as a pair, our 3M Mercury Vapor Cartridge/ P100 Mercury Particulate Filter (60927) fits the complete line of 3M respirators (6000 & 7500 series half mask respirators and the 6000 series full mask respirators.)

We offer a subscription for filters as 3M states the 60927 cartridges must be discarded within 50 hours of use against mercury vapor;

If you have not performed a Hazard Assessment to determine your filter change out schedule, 3M recommends changing the 60927 within 50 hours of exposure to mercury vapor, in accordance to your well-documented change-out schedule, or earlier if smell, taste, or irritation from contaminants is detected.
